Our homes have become our haven, our sanctuary, a place to unwind and regenerate ourselves.Gardenhouse décor expresses a lifestyle, blurring the line between indoor and outdoor living. Cheryl Maeder, Artist & Designer - fuses Nature, Art and Design with her own take on modern colors, textiles and finishes to create her Signature Collection. Maeder’s aesthetic is a reflection of her cultural experiences. Maeder grew up in a suburban town in northern New Jersey, and in her early 20’s, she moved to Switzerland. While there, she studied photography, learned how to climb the Alps and even milked a cow or two! Eight years later, she returned to the States, and opened a studio in San Francisco. In 2005, Maeder relocated her studio to the Miami area, where she immersed herself into the world of Art and Design. Gardenhouse was born.
